ELCC 2026-10-22: Creativity is about the experience, not perfection!

This ELCC static photo or illustration was shared on 2026-10-22, documenting how children learn, explore and connect through everyday play.

Original ELCC caption: Creativity is about the experience, not perfection! 🎨✨ A little paint, a few brushes, and curious minds can lead to wonderful discoveries. As children explore textures, colours, and different ways of creating, they practise coordination, express their ideas, and learn alongside their peers. There's no single right way to create. Every child brings something unique to the experience. 💛 At Early Learning Childcare Centre, we celebrate creativity through child-led, play-based learning. 📍 Port Coquitlam • Coquitlam • Maple Ridge, BC www.earlylearningpoco.com #CreativePlay #EarlyChildhoodEducation #BCChildcare

What this experience illustrates: hands-on materials and supportive relationships can encourage curiosity, communication, confidence and early development. Children benefit from open-ended opportunities rather than only a fixed final result.
